We want you to love your Stanley gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for all unused products in their original packaging. Please note that personalized or engraved items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your unused items in their original Stanley 1913 packaging, ensuring all tags and protective sleeves are intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
